Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a comprehensive training and professional development program.
• Designs, administers and conducts Foundation, Annual/On-Going training requirements.
• Designs and implements annual CYS program plan for training goals and curriculum.
• Observes program settings to assess staff competency and provide feedback.
• Manages program to budget and analyzes budget variances, prepares funding justification.
