Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency seeks a qualified professional to plan and implement a comprehensive training and development program for child and youth services, ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• At least twelve months experience working in child and youth programs.
• At least one year of experience at the next lower grade level or equivalent.
• Ability to plan and organize work and analyze problems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a comprehensive training and development program for children and youth.
• Design, administer, and conduct Foundation and Annual/On-Going training per outlines.
• Develop annual CYS program plan including goals and curriculum framework.
• Observe program settings to assess staff competency and provide feedback.
• Manage program budget and justify funding for resources.
