Job summary

Army NAF seeks a supervisor for youth facilities to oversee a team of direct care staff and volunteers. You will conduct program evaluations, guide improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and health standards.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising staff observations with the Training Specialist, and resolving personnel issues while upholding welfare and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Six months experience supervising or leading caregivers in child/youth programs.
• Experience managing in a classroom setting within child/youth programs.
• Experience implementing and overseeing a structured child/youth program curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an assigned team of up to twelve ratios children/youth and direct care staff.
• Conducts and reviews program evaluations to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• May serve as Manager on Duty in absence of Director/Assistant Director.
• Works with Training Specialist conducting observations of staff and evaluates performance.
• Resolves personnel complaints and promotes safety, fitness, health, and nutrition practices.
