Responsibilities

• Assist in enforcing rules and mentoring youth.
• Oversee daily operations of recreation areas and safety equipment.
• Organize and facilitate recreational activities including games, fitness, arts and crafts, and music.
• Assess group dynamics and create activities for outcomes such as relationship building and self-confidence.
• Complete paperwork, incident reports, progress evaluations, and activity assessments as required.
