Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support and encourage youth, foster positive relationships, and design activities that promote their overall welfare. You will gain insights into social work, behavioral studies, and management while serving as a positive role model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to working four days a week.
• Commitment to meet the scheduling needs of the Club (summer and school year).
• Ability to work during summer.
• Must understand and apply behavior management principles and Club values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas by enforcing rules, modeling positive behavior, and mentoring youth.
• Oversee daily operations of recreation areas and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Organize recreational activities including games, fitness, arts and crafts, and music.
