Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional to plan and implement programs for members aged 4-18. The role emphasizes empowerment, healthy choices, and resiliency through health, bullying prevention, and SEL curricula.

You will assist in program activity planning, gather feedback, follow safety policies, and document attendance. Experience with youth programming and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or attained.
• CPR and First Aid training within six months of hire.
• SC A N_MART or equivalent mandated reporting training within six months.
• 2 of the non-credit DCF-approved classes within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing youth programs.
• Track attendance and document member progress, generate reports.
• Follow BGCGM policies including safety and conduct.
• Support family engagement and community partnerships.
• Provide guidance and supervision appropriate to role.
• Assist in staff training and back-up support as needed.
