Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or within 6 months of hire CPR/First Aid/SCAM_MART or equivalent.
• Within 6 months: complete at least 2 non-credit DCF-approved classes.
• At least 6 months experience with youth programming preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; works well with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement programs that empower youth to make healthy choices.
• Provide inclusive, respectful activities and monitor adherence to policies.
• Support youth leadership, decision making, and goal setting.
• Maintain attendance, track participation, and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support goals.
