Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee seeks a Youth Development Professional - MAS for part-time hours in Milwaukee. The role supports planning and delivering programs to empower members to make healthy choices and develop leadership and resilience.

You will assist with program creation, maintain attendance, follow safety policies, and collaborate with families and local partners to enhance youth development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid training within 6 months of hire.
• SCAN_MART or equivalent child abuse training within 6 months.
• At least 6 months of youth programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing programs for youth.
• Keep attendance and track member participation; generate reports as requested.
• Follow member care and safety policies and report incidents.
• Support collaborations with families, volunteers and community partners.
