Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Youth Development Professional for Kluge in Milwaukee. This part-time role supports planning and delivering programs that empower youth to make healthy choices and develop life skills.

Responsibilities include engaging youth, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and completion of CPR/First Aid within 6 months, with additional training encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Within 6 months of hire: Complete CPR & First Aid training and SCAN_MART or equivalent.
• Within 6 months of hire complete at least 2 of the non-credit DCF-approved classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities.
• Maintain attendance and track member participation; generate reports.
• Follow policies in BGCGM manuals for safety, conduct, and reporting incidents.
