Alpha is hiring and will post you to campuses across the United States, working on life-skills workshops for K-8 students. You’ll coach individuals and small groups using analytics, aiming to have each student hit weekly targets, then assess progress with Test2Pass.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required: camp counseling, coaching or youth program leadership count.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort in front of you.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, weekly goals and incentives, until 90% or more hit their targets.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill rather than just attend the session.
• Reach full standard inside your first week at each new campus, with names learned and rapport built.
• Hand over cleanly at the end of every posting, documenting per-student progress and every open intervention
