Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a Clubhouse Coordinator to independently oversee daily site operations at the Lemmon Valley Clubhouse in Reno, NV. The role ensures high-quality programs, safety, and strong family engagement.

You will lead staff and volunteers, manage program quality, and serve as the primary community contact, while upholding BGCTM values and compliance. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization supervising activities for youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations at the Lemmon Valley Clubhouse.
• Lead staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs.
• Maintain a safe, well-managed clubhouse environment.
• Serve as primary contact for families and represent the Club in the community.
• Ensure compliance, resource management, and program quality.
