Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional. Under the Site Coordinator, you will support BGCTM programs across Art, Leadership, Education/STEM, Health/Life Skills and Sports/Recreation, delivering engaging activities and maintaining a safe environment for youth.

You will prepare materials, model BGCTM values, build relationships with members and staff, and adhere to safety and program requirements while supporting a positive club experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or currently enrolled in high school.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse groups.
• Reliability and punctual attendance essential.
• Ability to handle confidential situations with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Learn BGCTM program requirements across 5 core areas: Art, Leadership, Education/STEM, Health/Life Skills, Sports/ Recreation.
• Deliver and support activities to engage members under Site Coordinator supervision.
• Interact with members in a positive and supportive manner; promote safety and teamwork.
