Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is hiring a Clubhouse Coordinator to oversee daily site operations at the Donald L. Carano Clubhouse in Reno, NV.

You will ensure high-quality programs align with club standards and youth development goals while leading staff and volunteers and maintaining a safe clubhouse environment. Responsibilities include staff leadership, program delivery, family engagement, and community representation, with a focus on compliance, resource management, and program

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization supervising activities.
• Experience in youth program planning and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site staff deliver programs per quality standards.
• Represent the Club by communicating the mission, program objectives, and opportunities for families and members.
• Actively recruit and register new members and families; promote participation in programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and community partners.
• Regularly evaluate and audit the quality and objectives of programs.
• Recruit, manage, and support staff through onboarding, performance management and career development.
