Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a Clubhouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations at the Donald L. Carano Clubhouse. The role focuses on delivering high-quality youth programs, staff leadership, and active family engagement.

You will ensure safety, program integrity, and community representation, while maintaining compliance and fostering positive youth development outcomes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities for youth.
• Ability to recruit, register, and engage families; promote consistent member participation in programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-reporting capabilities; uphold program quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations at the Donald L. Carano Clubhouse.
• Ensure programs meet BGCTM standards and youth development outcomes.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and volunteers.
• Serve as primary contact for families and represent the Club in the community.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and resource management at the site.
