Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee multiple core clubhouse programs, including education, health and the arts. You will lead staff, ensure safe, engaging activities, and coordinate with parents and partners to maximize youth outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree in a related field, 2+ years in a similar club setting, and strong organizational and communication skills to foster a positive, inclusive club climate.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field (education, child development, recreation) or equivalent.
• Two+ years in Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and implementing activities for youth.
• Proficient with Internet, email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple demands from staff and families in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the administration of designated BGCSNV programs and activities.
• Establishes program objectives aligned with organizational goals and mission.
• Oversees day-to-day program activities and staff performance.
• Ensures safety, guidance and positive youth development across programs.
• Recruits, trains and supervises staff and volunteers; coordinates schedules and duties.
