Qualifications

• Four-year degree in education, child development, recreation or related field.
• Minimum two years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting.
• Proficient in Internet use and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and group leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees administration of BGCSNV programs and activities supporting Youth Development Outcomes.
• Establishes clubhouse program objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversees day-to-day program activities and staff to meet goals and standards.
• Ensures safe, engaging activities and constructive feedback for participants.
• Develops recruitment, retention, and positive behavioral standards for members.
• Manages program budgeting, recordkeeping, and reporting within guidelines.
