Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk/clerical support in a clinical setting preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and basic math.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinic for opening and closing per schedule.
• Check in patients and create/update charts.
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, transfer calls.
• Assist providers with paperwork, copying, faxing, etc.
