Job summary

Seattle Humane is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to provide cordial, compassionate, quality support to clients, staff and volunteers in a multi-doctor clinic in Bellevue.

The role includes front-desk duties, data entry, intake/release of patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments and coordinating with outreach programs. Bilingual Spanish preferred; part-time, non-exempt with a starting hourly range of $25–$28.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary setting or animal welfare preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Must read, write, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, email and internet.
• Must be able to work at Bellevue campus and outside locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle reception duties including booking spay/neuter appointments and intake/discharge.
• Maintain client database and communicate about appointments, medications and follow-ups.
• Support offsite community clinics with supplies and data entry.
• Balance till payments and provide courteous service to clients and staff.
• Collaborate with outreach programs to provide services.
