Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle, WA seeks a Health Center Coordinator at Highland Park Elementary to provide administrative and outreach support for the school-based Health Center. You will help register patients, schedule appointments, check-in, and coordinate with Medical, Mental Health, Dental and other clinic professionals.

Responsibilities include managing supplies, budgeting to reduce costs, and leading targeted outreach to students and families while serving as the main contact for

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules of all providers in the Health Center and ensure timely patient flow.
• Manage inventory of office supplies, ordering, invoicing and stocking.
• Collaborate with Health Center staff to reduce costs and improve budget efficiency.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including phone and email inquiries and clinic flow.
• Lead outreach activities to promote Health Center services to students, families and staff.
• Serve as primary contact for referrals and inquiries for Health Center services.
• Attend school meetings related to health support services for students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
