Job summary

Army NAF seeks caregivers to provide developmental care for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years, ensuring safe supervision during routines, activities, and field trips. You will help implement age-appropriate activities and schedules using prepared curricula and materials.

Responsibilities include arranging snacks or meals, responding to emergencies, and maintaining required immunizations and training. Positions may require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts and work indoors or outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate activities and supervise children aged 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Actively supervise and ensure safety during daily routines, activities, and field trips.
• Assist in implementing curriculum, schedules, and routines using prepared plans.
• Assist with snacks or meals as needed.
• Identify and respond to emergencies and medical needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
