Job summary

Precious Home Care LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential program, supervise staff, and coordinate services for youth while ensuring licensing compliance.

This role serves as a primary liaison among staff, schools, families, therapists, and state agencies, advocating for youth, reviewing records, coordinating transportation, and guiding safety and performance across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential care, behavioral health, or youth programs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and professionals.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential program operations and supervise staff.
• Review records, data, and logs for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate nurse delegation services and medical needs as required.
• Advocate for youth at IEP meetings and with families and schools.
• Coordinate with state agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and support new hires; maintain program records.
• Be available for licensing visits and urgent matters within 30 minutes.
