Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, is seeking a compassionate Program Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential programs and guide teams of Direct Support Professionals. You will implement ISPs and TBPs, ensure medication administration and safety, and foster a person-centered, therapeutic environment while coordinating staffing, trainings, and documentation.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, crisis intervention skills, and a willingness to travel to community

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements include a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or in residential settings.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily care routines, ISPs and TBPs implementation in residential programs.
• Ensure medication administration, hygiene and nutritional protocols are followed.
• Lead DSP teams, conduct monthly consultations and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staff schedules, transportation, and activity calendars.
• Maintain incident reports, logs, and program documentation.
• Collaborate with Program Coordinator and stakeholders; participate in ISP/medication meetings.
