Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for youth including community resources and referrals.
• Duties may include intake, case management, monitoring, group facilitation, and referrals.
• Use Trauma Informed Care Model with strengths-based approach.
• Act as a positive role model and engage with youth respectfully.
• Ensure safety and basic needs of youth are met.
