Job summary

Covenant House Florida is seeking a Case Manager to work closely with youth facing homelessness and related challenges in Orlando. You will provide direct supervision, comprehensive case management, and support services aligned with Housing First and harm-reduction approaches.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation in ETO/HMIS, and active engagement in daily program operations to promote safety and successful outcomes for youth aged 18–24.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred or equivalent experience in residential program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience required, experience working with youth ages 18-24 preferred.
• Flexibility with weekly schedule to meet needs of youth.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with youth and act as a positive role model while maintaining healthy boundaries.
• Provide individualized case management to youth who are unstably housed or at scattered site apartments with a Housing First approach; help with goal planning and budgeting.
• Maintain case notes, incident reports, and HUD documentation in required systems; ensure timely, accurate filing.
