Job summary

Covenant House Florida is seeking a Case Manager to provide direct care and case management for youth facing homelessness and related challenges in Orlando, FL. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to support safety, goal setting, and housing stability, using trauma-informed and harm-reduction principles.

Responsibilities include individualized case management, documentation, collaboration with CES, crisis de-escalation, and facilitating life skills sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience with youth (18–24) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with youth and maintain healthy boundaries.
• Provide individualized, youth-driven case management for unstably housed youth.
• Document case notes and incident reports accurately in HMIS/ETO.
• Coordinate with CES and navigate youth through services.
• Assist youth with discharge planning and goal attainment.
• Transport youth to appointments as needed.
• Provide life skills sessions and monitor apartments for safety and maintenance.
