Job description

Norris is seeking Youth Care Specialists to work during our 2nd shift positions (generally 2:00pm to 10:00pm) at our Residential Program in Mukwonago. As a Youth Care Specialist, you will have opportunities to positively impact the lives of young men and develop your skills in human services.

Under supervision, the YCS is responsible for the care and supervision of youth, including safety, well-being, emotional, and educational needs. The role involves direct care, supervision, behavior management, recreation, and mental health support, all within a trauma-informed care framework. Responsibilities also include implementing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and upholding daily routines.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences, or relevant experience in a treatment setting.
