We are currently seeking a Lead Youth Care Specialist for our Shelter Care Program at the Mukwonago, WI campus. Reporting to the Milieu Supervisor, the LYCS is responsible for the care and supervision of youth, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional and educational needs. The role involves direct care, behavior management, recreation, and supporting treatment services in a trauma-informed care setting.
