Norris' Group Care Programs provide treatment, educational, and therapeutic recreational services to youth ages 8 through 17 and their families. Youth receive services related to mental health, emotional behavioral disorders, problematic sexualized behaviors, AODA, and trauma, including abuse or neglect.

Norris is currently seeking a Youth Care Specialist for our Shelter Care Program at our Mukwonago, WI campus.
Under the supervision of the Milieu Supervisor, the Youth Care Specialist (YCS) is responsible for the care and supervision of youth at the Waukesha County Shelter Care at River's Edge Campus. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, well-being, emotional and educational needs, providing direct care, meal planning, serving as a Youth Advocate, managing behavior, transportation, medication administration, recreation, and other therapeutic services. Services promote trauma-informed care. The YCS also implements treatment plans, maintains documentation, and upholds daily routines. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
