Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated case management assistant to support intake procedures, transportation coordination, and safety wellbeing for clients. You will assist in identifying relatives or sponsors and help ensure smooth reunifications, with travel and on-site duties as part of daily operations.

The role requires high school completion, 1+ year experience with children and families, and a willingness to learn. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience working with children and families.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Read and interpret safety and procedure manuals; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management assistance, including intake and transportation coordination.
• Assist with reunification and documentation for children.
• Escort children to sponsor and verify identification.
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or service quality.
• Attend trainings and support day-to-day agency operations.
• Adhere to safety and reporting requirements and participate in related duties.
