Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is seeking a Case Aide to support the case management team in reuniting Unaccompanied Children with approved sponsors. You will manage foster records, verify sponsor identities, and help ensure compliance with policies.

The role involves conducting home inspections, communicating with sponsors, and participating in team meetings and program development to improve safety and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide tangible support to assigned case management team.
• Prepare, compile, submit, and maintain Foster Parent records, files, forms, statistics, and related information per policy.
• Review ORR portal for compliance and update as needed for safety and discharge timelines.
• Conduct Resource Family Home inspections.
• Complete calls with sponsors to gather information.
• Escort UC to sponsor and verify approved sponsor identity for release.
• Attend meetings and participate in team decisions and operations.
• Assist in special projects and general duties as requested.
