Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is hiring a Lead Case Manager to coach a unit of case managers, plan complex treatment efforts, and develop community resources. You will oversee intake and after-hours coverage, assess challenging cases, and contribute to program development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in case management, trauma-informed training, and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is preferred. This exempt role reports to the Program Director and involves occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in case management.
• Crisis intervention experience.
• Training/experience in trauma-focused and/or trauma-informed practices.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to present information clearly to program director and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, train, and coach the case management unit in complex cases.
• Develop community resources and staff training programs.
• Direct and train staff on routine assignments as needed.
• Review difficult casework decisions with clinical supervision.
• Represent the agency at conferences and with partner groups.
• Provide lead intake contact and after-hours coverage on a rotating schedule.
• Travel for client transportation and field visits as required.
