The role emphasizes accuracy, meeting deadlines, and compassionate service, with options for training and daily facility coverage. Some travel (5–10 events per month) is required to support families and children effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• 1+ years’ experience working with children and families.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management assistance, intakes, and transportation.
• Escort children to sponsors and release custody as approved.
• Prepare and maintain reunification documentation.
• Attend scheduled training and provide day-to-day coverage.
