Job summary

Trinity Youth Services on a California campus is seeking a Swing Team Administrator who will supervise the Team Support Workers and Drivers, maintain the shift log, and coordinate client movements and campus activities. The role includes overseeing drills, events, and ensuring documentation for medications and visits is accurate.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED plus relevant experience; must be 21+, pass background checks, and hold a California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one of: a BA in social sciences or child development.
• Experience with youth in group homes or related programs for at least one year.
• At least 100 hours of experience mentoring or coaching youth.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Team Support Workers and Drivers; maintain the campus log.
• Oversee student movement, drills, events, and client activities on campus.
• Promote safe, therapeutic supervision and assist the Campus leadership with team coordination.
• Supervise and/or dispense medications; ensure proper documentation and storage.
• Oversee campus operations in absence of senior staff; set limits for behavior as needed.
• Prepare and file quality reports and correspondence in clear English.
