Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in California is seeking a Team Administrator to supervise Team Support Workers and the campus day-to-day activities. The role includes managing logs, client movements, and coordinating all campus events with a focus on safety and compliance.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour with a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. The position requires a California driver’s license, background checks, and English communication skills; a degree in social sciences or child development is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus one or more: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Child Development.
• Lived experience in child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, or developmental disabilities system as a consumer or caregiver is valued.
• Minimum 100 hours of relevant youth-facing experience (mentor, coach, tutor, counselor, etc.).
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken; strong reporting skills.
• Must pass physical examination, drug clearance, criminal background check, and Child Abuse Index check.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license with clean DMV history and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Team Support Workers and Drivers; maintain campus log and track events during shifts.
• Oversee client movements, population changes, and organize medical/dental/clothing runs as needed.
• Supervise large campus movements and events (fire drills, sports, movies, etc.).
• Assist Director and Campus Director to promote therapeutic team approach; suggest supervision improvements.
• Supervise and/or dispense medication with proper documentation and storage procedures.
• Cover campus in the absence of senior leadership; set behavioral limits as needed.
