Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Yucaipa, CA is seeking a Team Support Worker to supervise youth aged 13–18 in a residential setting. You will help youth overcome trauma and work toward goals within their treatment plans, while maintaining safety and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED at minimum.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Child Development.
• Experience in group homes or similar programs for at least one year.
• Lived experience in child welfare/mental health/juvenile justice.
• At least 100 hours of youth-facing experience.
• 21+ and able to pass physical, drug clearance, and background checks.
• CA driver’s license with clean DMV history.
• English communication; Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line-of-sight supervision of youth focusing on safety and well-being.
• Promote growth and development according to the individualized treatment plan.
• Document behavioral problems, injuries, or accidents with proper reports.
• Use trauma-informed interventions to redirect behavior.
• Drive a vehicle and transport youth when necessary.
