Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Yucaipa, CA is seeking a Night Team Administrator to supervise Team Support Workers and Drivers, manage the campus log, and oversee client movements and activities. The role includes medication oversight and coordination with campus leadership to maintain safety and therapeutic goals.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, CA driver’s license, and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• California driver's license with clean DMV history.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Team Support Workers and Drivers; maintain campus log and track events during the shift.
• Supervise large campus activities and events, including drills and assemblies.
• Promote the therapeutic team approach alongside campus leadership and suggest improvements to supervision and structure.
• Supervise and/or dispense all medications and ensure proper documentation and storage procedures.
