Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Yucaipa, CA is hiring a Team Administrator to supervise Team Support Workers and Drivers, manage campus operations and ensure proper medication handling. You’ll help maintain safety and deliver services within the campus’s therapeutic framework.

The role requires a Bachelor's in social sciences or child development, 1+ year group-home experience, and strong English communication. Competitive benefits are offered; schedule Wed–Sat evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or child development.
• At least 1 year of experience in a group home/STRTP or substance abuse program.
• Lived experience in child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice or DD.
• 100+ hours of youth mentoring/coaching work.
• Experience in youth-focused facilities or programs.
• Must be 21 or older and pass a physical, drug clearance and background checks.
• Valid CA driver's license with clean DMV history.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Team Support Workers and Drivers; maintain campus log.
• Oversee client movements, events, and visits; log activities.
• Promote therapeutic team approach with campus leadership.
• Supervise and/or dispense medication; ensure proper storage and documentation.
• Cover campus leadership in absence of directors; enforce behavioral limits.
• Communicate clearly in English; prepare concise reports.
