Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, meticulous documentation, and a commitment to empowering youth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field (psychology, social work, education, counseling).
• 1 year of full‑time mental health direct services with children/youth or completed practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA‑aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
