Clarvida in Pennsylvania seeks a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community ABA-based support to clients ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must meet PA licensure or BCBA certification criteria.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required or pursued.
• Ability to pass PA criminal, child abuse and FBI clearances.
• Experience with direct services to children/youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor ITPS with input from families and providers.
• Apply ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide supervision, documentation, and progress updates toward goals.
