Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and help families and schools implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight and excellent documentation, with collaboration among families, educators, and other service providers to monitor progress and ensure treatment goals are

Qualifications

• Must hold PA licensure or certification in relevant field.
• Experience with Behavioral Assessments and ITP development preferred.
• Ability to obtain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
