Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21. The role involves leading assessments, developing target behaviors, and collaborating with families, educators, and providers to implement individualized treatment plans.

It is a direct care and supervisory position requiring strong clinical insight and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• PA license as Behavior Specialist or BCBA cert.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field (psychology/social work/education/counseling).
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
