Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, delivering in-community ABA-based behavioral health support to youths ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• One year of full-time mental health direct services with children/youth or completed practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals

Education

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist

BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis

Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
