Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, developing ITPS, and coordinating with families and schools to implement treatment plans.

The position is part-time with direct care duties, clinical oversight, and strong documentation requirements. A PA Behavior Specialist license and BCBA or equivalent qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience or practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licsure in LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/Behavior Specialist or similar to oversee ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain thorough documentation toward goals.
