Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA in Pennsylvania to deliver in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2-21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires clinical insight, strong documentation, and a passion for empowering youth, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• PA license as Behavior Specialist or BCBA.
• Graduate degree in ABA or a related field.
• One year of mental health direct services with children/youth or a completed practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, FBI and Child Abuse clearances.
• Licensure such as LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist with ABA oversight

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain thorough documentation of treatment progress
