Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to youth in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and schools to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

The role requires strong clinical insight, thorough documentation, and the ability to supervise ABA services. Compensation includes hourly rates with higher pay for licensed professionals and travel considerations.

Qualifications

• Must be PA-licensed or eligible for licensure to oversee ABA services.
• Experience with mental health direct services for children/youth is preferred.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor ITIPs with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
