Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2-21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and help develop individualized treatment plans with families and educators.

This role requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation, and the ability to supervise and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers a full-time schedule with licensure support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA or graduate certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling and 1 year of direct mental health experience.
• Pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure with ABA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor ITPs with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
