Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join its Pennsylvania team, delivering in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and service providers to create and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, robust documentation, and a passion for empowering youth, with a focus on ABA-aligned strategies

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or hold BCBA/graduate certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required; acceptable combinations with supervised experience.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/CRNP etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
