Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. On-site in the Pottsville area, you will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation, and a passion for empowering youth.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA licensure in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field with ABA oversight eligibility.
• Certification as BCBA or graduate-level behavior analysis certification.
• Alternatively, BCaBA or undergraduate ABA certification with 1 year of ABA experience.
• 1 year of ABA experience supervised by BCBA with 40 hours of ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other providers.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with goals.
