Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care role includes clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals, with ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level ABA certification.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field with practicum.
• One year of mental health direct services with youth (if applicable).
• Clearances for PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies as prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and thorough documentation aligned with goals.
