Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This is a direct care and supervisory role requiring strong clinical insight and documentation skills, with responsibilities for overseeing ABA strategies and ensuring

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• Certified BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either one year of direct mental health experience or a practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/Behavior Specialist) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
